Teamspace
Stop being the inbox that holds the jobsite.
Teamspace is the cloud the camera writes to. Photos collect themselves, sit in one workspace pool, and sort by project and member — gallery, sheet, or map.
The usual mess
If this is the week, you need a workspace.
Missed drops
Someone forgot to send the before-shot. The after-shot lives on a personal camera roll.
Lost copies
Three folders, two chats, one compressed screenshot. Nobody knows which file is source.
Manual sort
Friday night matching 400 thumbs to client names. That is not a process.
Auto-collect
Taken on the phone. Filed for the company.
Captures upload in the background — or the moment signal returns. Optional site reminder nudges the nearest project so the basement shot does not land in last week’s job.
Workspace storage pool
When Business buys storage, it is one R2 quota for every member. A new seat does not get a private bucket. The company meter is the only meter that matters.
Central cloud
Phone stays light. Office stays current.
Browse from desktop or the app. Attach permits later (MVP is photos). No more “can you AirDrop the originals?”
Automatic organization
By member. By project. By how you like to look.
Member
Every frame is tagged to the person who pressed the shutter.
Project
Folders without the ritual. Invite a sub only to the jobs they run.
Views
Gallery for scanning. Sheet for filters. Map for coverage.
“We stopped asking ‘did you send it?’ The workspace either has the frame or the queue still shows it on their phone.”Ploy R.Ops · regional HVAC
“Search by photo code when a client forwards a crop. I land on the original in two taps.”Daniel C.QA inspector

FAQ
Workspace, not a per-person drive.
How do photos get into Teamspace?
The app saves locally first, then syncs to the workspace R2 pool when online. The member does not pick a personal cloud for company work.
Who uses the storage?
Everyone in that workspace. Bytes are not billed as private allotments. Owners buy more pool on the website.
Do people still sort by hand?
Default is project-at-capture plus optional nearest-site reminder. PMs can still move a miss.
Can the office work from a browser?
Yes. Teamspace on the web is a first-class surface — gallery, sheet, map, members, billing.
Let the workspace file the day.
Collect, store, organize. Billing for the pool lives on the website.
