These terms cover www.thenandthere.dev, Business billing on this website, and the Then & There app. They are not a court finding and they do not change the authenticity notice.

Then & There is a camera-first tool for field teams. Free stays on the device. Business adds seats, a shared workspace pool, and billing on this website — not an App Store purchase.
Stamps help verify capture metadata recorded by Then & There. They are not a legal determination, certification, or guarantee that a file cannot be changed after it leaves the product.
Until the operator publishes a legal entity name and registered address, the contracting party is the operator of www.thenandthere.dev. Privacy requests and notices go through Contact Us. We will not invent a company number here.
When live sign-in is connected, you must keep your login details under your control. Workspace owners are responsible for who they invite and what those members upload.
Do not upload media you have no right to capture or share. Location data is only stored when the device allows it.
Business fees are charged by Stripe in GBP as shown on Pricing. Seats and storage add-ons apply to the workspace pool, not a private bucket per person.
Manage payment method, invoices, and cancellation in the Stripe billing portal from /app/billing. Taxes, if enabled, are collected by Stripe.
We may suspend cloud uploads if a Business workspace is past due or disabled. Device capture on Free is not an App Store restore path.
Do not probe, scrape, or overload the service; do not attempt to access another workspace; do not use Then & There to commit a crime.
We may disable a workspace that breaks these terms or that puts other customers at risk.
We aim to keep the website and cloud sync available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Capture can continue on the device when the network is down.
Then & There is provided as a job-book tool. We are not your lawyer, insurer, or the decision-maker on a claim. To the extent UK law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
